Third Sunday of Lent

Third Sunday of Lent
Jesus and the barren fig tree, Anonyme.

"Do you think the suffering of these Galileans proves that they were more sinful than all the other Galileans?" When Jesus poses this rhetorical question to his disciples, he is responding to a concern many of us have asked at some point in our lives. Why do bad things happen? Are we at fault when they do? Is God punishing us for something? Is morality like physics with each action causing an equal and opposite reaction? Join us Sunday as we explore how Jesus responds to this timeless concern as we look at Luke 13:1-9.
